Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to edit it. If you notice a mistake in your order, please email us immediately at info@everkin.co and we will do our best to rectify your order.

All pre-made bundles are set and with one unit of their items, in order to customise a bundle please refer to our Buid-A-Bag feature and add the items you want. There is no limit for this bundle.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not issue return labels; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

In order to be eligible for a return the product must be sent with all tags attached, unaltered, and the item must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed, with no stains, salable condition. Returns are subject to inspection and approval by the EverKin team. Final sale items, such as intimates, will be noted on the product page and in your cart prior to check out. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our sanitary requirements.

To submit a return request please email us at info@everkin.co with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return request.

Please do not ship back a return without contacting us first, or your return will not be processed.

Bundles are sold at a discounted price, you can return a full bundle for a full refund. We do not offer refunds for returns on individual items bought as a bundle at this time.We recommend buying items individually if you are hesitant about keeping an individual product from a bundle.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return by emailing info@everkin.co and placing a new order for the item you wish to exchange it for.

We will process your return within 7 – 10 business days of receiving it. The items must be sent with all tags attached, unaltered, and the item must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed, with no stains, salable condition. Returns are subject to inspection and approval by the mama bag team.

Once your items are approved, in stock items will be shipped out. Once your new item has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking details.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Our weekender is made of PU leather and any creases or folds developed from long storage times and/or travel handling can generally be smoothed out with heat application from a blow dryer. Feel free to email info@everkin.co for caring assistance.

To keep your bag in pristine condition for years to come please store it in its dust bag in a dry place.

The weekender has been treated for water resistance but is not waterproof. Do not machine wash, spot clean only.

The weekender, its packing cubes and our slippers are NOT machine washable. Please wipe clean with a damp cloth or cleaning wipe. Do not soak or submerge for any reason.

The Mama Bag robe and baby pajama are made with organic bamboo, they are at risk
of shrinking if washed and dried at high temperatures. Please wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low.

The baby pajama is sized to be worn between 0 – 3 months of age depending on the baby. All babies are unique and so is their birth size, the pajama may not fit perfectly on their first day earth side, but they will within 3 months.

The versatile guest dress is designed to be worn at any stage of pregnancy and post-partum. It is a one size fits most shirt dress and you have full styling liberty we cannot wait to see if you tag us @everkin.co

The second skin breastfeeding bra and panties are made to stretch and adapt to your ever-changing body, they come in sizes small, medium and large. They size particularly small and If in doubt about your size, size up mama.

The slippers also come in small, medium and large. The small is a US 5/6, the medium is a
US 7/8 and the Large are a US 9/10.

The MiniLennials® items are made of 100% cotton and are at risk of shrinkage if washed and dried at high heat. We recommend washing on cold so that your little one outgrows the clothes.

Pregnancy and post-partum are a tricky sizing time, we have done our best to design adaptable products. We suggest sizing up if you are in doubt.
