Every 2-3 days, or daily as needed.

Step 1: Wet the area

Step 2: Add 2 to 3 pumps of foam to the palm of your hand

Step 3: Gently pat and let the foam reach all the necessary areas without friction

Step 4: Rinse with lukewarm water.
